Evergreen Wellness Center offers comprehensive behavioral health evaluations designed to clarify diagnosis, guide treatment planning, and support long-term wellness for patients in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
As a leading virtual provider in New England, we tailor each assessment to the individual so recommendations are practical, clinically meaningful, and aligned with your needs. We serve families and adults in Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Hartford, Stamford, Boston, Worcester, and communities throughout the region. We currently offer remote testing only.
How Evaluations Help
Evaluations may span multiple visits and measure memory, attention, executive functioning, language, and processing speed.
- Help doctors determine appropriate medications.
- Contribute to developing a targeted treatment plan.
- Measure progress or loss of functional and cognitive abilities.
- Determine educational needs and provide recommendations.
- Assist in accurate diagnosis, including ADHD, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, dementia, learning problems, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
